I will communicate with you more, and when you’re ready to be placed on the waiting list, just send in your payment. Once I begin painting, it takes me 7-14 days to complete depending on size.

Frequently Asked Questions
- How long will it take to get my watercolor paint?
For the month of March 2024, the waiting list is around 4 months, and then it takes 3-14 days to finish your painting depending on size. For those in a rush, please contact us, and we will see what we can do.
When will my payment be due?
Payment is due in full upfront to be put on the waiting list.
What information about my pet do you need?
In order for me to build a connection with your pet and paint it better, I need your pet’s name, gender, and a brief description of their personality, quirky or interesting traits, or anything that can help me understand him or her better. All this will help me capture more details and personality in my painting. If you have an Instagram of them, please also send it over. The more research I can do the better the result.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final once you have received your painting, and we don’t accept returns. However throughout the painting process, if you still aren’t satisfied, we can refund you 50% of the full price.
Do the paintings come framed?
We do have a few options for framing your painting at an extra cost. Take a look at the price chart for updated prices. If you do not wish to frame it through me, I will still recommend certain colors and styles of frames depending on the painting’s colors and textures.
Will I be charged duties and Taxes?
Orders shipped to California residents will be charged an additional sales tax.
International orders may be levied duties by your country’s customs office. You are responsible for any import duties during shipping. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.14
